Mentoring & Coaching Sessions
Tidy Haven
In this session our students learn how to organize small spaces, their environment and the materials used for this. They make use of home cleaning kits which they also take home to practice at home.
Healthy Living
Students are thought how to love and care for their bodies, through having the right lifestyle, preparing fresh healty meals to doing exercises together. We let them know that there is a joy that comes with chosing the right lifestyle.
Personal Hygiene
Teaching the children that through laughter and gentle reminders, we can make some personal hygiene like brushing fun. Reminding the young people of the essence/benefits of brushing the teeth and the back of the tongue to avoid cavities and bad breath.
Emotional Intelligence & Mindfulness
The students are made to understand that taking out time to just breathe when doubting their ability to achieve a goal being in a safe space can give one a place of rest and trust through empathy, focusing, and learning how to calm their minds.
Manners Matter
Manners are very important, so having the right manners such as saying “please” and “thank you” can become a natural habits, showing that good manners never go out of style. Also teaching the children the importance of extending a helping hand to older citizen is a good form of respect.
Time Management
Students are taught how to balance school work and play and extra be activities with a limited time. They are also taught on the use of personal timers to checkmate themselves. Also learning to plan ahead your workload can help in managing their time rather than spend time doing unnecessary things.

From identifying strawberry DNA to getting hands-on with household items to make robots. Theynsre taught that science can be hands-on and exciting.
Financial Literacy
Students are made to understand real life money management, teaching them the principle of saving from the little they have, budgeting, and even how to write and use checks. It is amazing to watch them connect these skills to their real-world dreams.
Robotics (Tech & Engineering)
Build simple robots using household items, blending creativity and tech.
Planting & Environmental Exploration
Students planting seeds not only in soil but in their understanding of self-care, environmental responsibility, and patience.
