A nonprofit built around practical support.
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving students, young adults, schools, educators, families, and communities. Our work includes mentorship, life skills, workforce development, wellness, school partnerships, community engagement, event support, and hands-on learning.
R1YC does not present one path as the only route to success. Programs help participants explore options, practice useful tasks, meet responsible adults, and make informed choices about school, work, business, and community life.

R1YC envisions a supervised space where young people can explore tools, demonstrations, technical careers, creative work, and business ideas in a structured environment. The Future Trade Lab is a long-term vision and is not currently operating as a full facility.
